...I've just upgraded 4 machines at work, to the HPthinclient, for improved connectivity, and also for space issues.
The PC's themselves are a doddle to fix up, taking possibly a max of 15-20mins from start to finish.
The thinclient has a nice built in speaker and an abundance of USB ports, which should satisfy most users (6 ports in all, 2 front, 4 back)
Bootup speed on these machines is good too, from powering on, i would estimate that it takes 20 seconds to reach the network logon screen on our machines, which is a lot faster than our old machines, which would usually take between 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 mins, then go through a dual login (login to the pc itself, then login to the remote desktop connection) whereas the thinclient is set to autoload the login for the remote desktop connection.

Advantages: Price, Speed, Features Disadvantages: Lack of manuals
...We have been looking for a good quality laptop at the right price, so when we saw the HP G60 for £379 we went for it.
The laptop is has a good specification. It has 3GB of RAM which is more than enough to run Windows Vista, a 250 GB hard drive, and 2 GHz AMD Turion dual core processor which means it is more that quick and powerful enough to hand most things.
The screen is 15.6 inches (a fraction larger than the standard 15.4 on most laptops) and has a glossy finish, there is little glare and ample brightness and contract in it.
This slightly larger screen has enable the laptop to be fitted with what is almost a full sized keyboard, complete a numeric keypad, the only exception being the cursor and function keys which are half height, in use the keyboard has a good solid feel to it. The track pad is average size but has a very glossy...

Advantages: you can use it to work for hours without conecting to power supply Disadvantages: a little bit heavy
...im my opinion , when i first make use of this laptop, its looks as if i vave never used anything like it before, it is so fast. i love the way the keypads are designed and the screen looks elegant. pictures on the screen looks more sharper than most other laptops ive used.
but, my opinion is that hp compaq 6735s team work more on 3d sounds for the laptop. the battery power is also ok.
one day i was at a park browsing on the internet when i say a friend accros the street, i quickly took my picture and send it to him. he got it before crossing the street and knows immediately that i am in the area..., that is to tell you the speed at which this laptop works, so my opinion on this is that the laptop team works more on speed, people loves it a lot when their laptop does things faster that expected....
