Who says you can't multi-task?! With this printer you suuure can!...
--MY STORY--
As a very digital/technical family having 6 computers (1 each) and 2 laptops, we have had more than our share of good and bad products!!
We had about 3 very old and useless printers to share among the computers and when we finally got to the point we were so sick of the unreliable printers that we decided we would get a mega good one to connect to all 5 of our computers! (we kept one of the better ones also for downstairs as unfortunately the max number of computers it can connect to is 5 which is still very reasonable!!). This one could deal with any of our demands and uses. This printer/copier/scanner/fax machine deffinetly
did it for us!!
---THE PRINTER---
This amazing all in one contraption can do so much! It is a fax machine, a fabulously reliable printer (meaning it won't refuse to work after a few months!), a copier! and even a scanner. Have you ever heard of so many things in the one? We found this on the internet (my dad is an avid internet shopper as we all are). It takes up so much less space than before; all of our desks were cluttered with bulky printers and scanners now they are nice and clutter free!
---MONEY AND WHERE TO GET IT FROM?----
We purchased this product for approx 200 pounds. Although after a quick look around to be able to have an up-to-date review I have noticed that isn't the case any more (typical.. as with all products once you have bought them eh?!), the prices now range from about 114.47 pounds (most probably used) to about 190 pounds. It depends if it is a new product or not. You can purchase this product from anywhere online but the best bets are most likely to be on eBay or on Amazon. The price ranges on these sites are very similar to listed above.
---SO WHAT CAN THIS PRINTER DO ?!?!---
- Connect with up to 5 computers.
- Color printing up to 4800-optimized dpi d
- Prints and works at a very good speed! Not much waiting about for this one to catch up with your demands.
- Prints with great precision and quality!
What the box when delivered contains:
- Instruction manual for the user (which is fairly easy to use). It comes in very hands as there is so much you can do with this machine and it does look rather complicated in the begining!
- Network guide- if your wanting to connect it to more than one computer like we have.
- a set-up booklet (also comes in verry handy!)
- a phone cord (for fax), a power cord and power supply.
- A 14ml HP 97 Tri-colour Inkjet Print Cartridge to get you started off with.
- A 21ml HP 96 Black Inkjet Print Cartridge
- An HP Image Zone Photo and Imaging software on CD-ROM

Copier speed (with colour) = about 20 copies a minute Copier Speed (in black and white) = about 30 copies a minute.
Capable of doing as follows (so great for use in busineses): Letter, legal, executive, cards, No. 10 envelopes, borderless photo and borderless panoramic.
If you put in good photograph paper it can print off absolutely perfect photographs - very sharp images. It prints out documents very precisely. It can do so much! It prints off so quickly! Everything is good about this product I especially like the display screen (which is coloured)! on the printer.
DISADVANTAGES:
I honestly am struggling to think of any! The only problems we have had with it is that it was quite hard to get used to/ learning how to use it! It does take a while to get set up in the very begining and you deffinetly need to read the instruction manuals. So the only downpoint is that it is slightly complicated to use in the start.
