Hewlett Packard Officejet 7410 All-in-One

Advantages: Compact, functional, excellent value for money
Disadvantages: lacks features of the bigger (more expensive) all-in-one printers

...Purchased as a replacement for a much larger HP all-in-one, this printer has it all in an amazingly small package. It included a printer, fax, scanner and copy facility with the usual high HP standard of design and build quality. Good connectivity with an easy to follow HP set up wizard, higher than average print quality with good results when printing hi-definition photographs from file, especially on to photo paper. It takes plain paper, it has the facility to add a duplex module (not included) the fax is easy to set up and it has separate cartridges for black and colour inks - always a bonus. It doesn’t have a paper feeder or a card reader and lacks some of the more advanced HP features and software, but for an entry level all-in-one it represents excellent functionality and value for money.... Advantages: many functions that work well
Disadvantages: a bit bulky

...HP officejet 7210, a complete document management device for your office has built in ethernet, printer black/color, scanner flatbed/form feed, photocopier, fax, and photo media drive, usb. does everything except make a cup of tea. Ive tried a few all in ones and must say that this is the best I have had so far. very easy to setup through disks and also easy to update, no problems so far and I have had this for over a year using all functions, also the ink for this all in one last absolutely ages have only changed every 4-5 months and prints very fast. Wpuld very much recommend this bit of kit to any small medium or large business as it is very reliable brand Hewlett Packard.... Read review
