    Advantages Advantages Very powerful. Large screen. Full size keyboard.

    I've owned one of these for 2 months now. I use it for the usual web surfing, and chores such as banking and spreadsheet work. It also serves as a storage medium for several thousand photos and music files. I suppose you want to know why you might want to buy one, so I'll tell you about the machine, and hopefully you will feel a bit more informed. The 8396 feels robust, and is stylish with a silver finish to the lid which has proved resistant to scratching, so far.
