core2duo, 3Gb ram, 250Gb storage NVIDIA GeForce 9200M GE. 16:10 rate screen, webcam, 5in1 reader, lightscribe dvd still under £450. Lights are white everywhere around. except the wifi light which is blue. which annoyes the eyes at night. Touch pad roll bar sometimes switches off ramdomly. Then you have to use the one what you can find on the website. Or wherever you are. Feels cheap. Its a bit heavy. Heavy enough not to take it anywhere. But it's fast. Really. You have to use some sort of cooler if you want to play games with it. I had to place a plastic bottle on the top of it where I thought the video card supposed to be. It was annoyingly hot there. Especially while playing with Fallout 3 or Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 online. Sometimes you can see this product on websites with silver keyboard but it comes with silver keyboard only in the US. Otherwise the touchpad feels relly good. The keyboard buttons are not very soft. The one what I used for a while was bumpy on the left side. So the built quality isnt that good as you would expect from an HP. Lightscribe DVD doesnt works very well. Sometimes it doesnt want to accept the original dvd-s if you use it them for the fisrt time. Interesting reaction. 2nd time and so on then is all good again. I got norton with it for a few weeks. Then it was another £39 to update it. Never had a virus on it. I;ve been using this laptop since december, 2008. Never had a problem with it. Never broke down or anything. screen is nice, bright, nothing special. Lots of features. Most of them useless. Hp Dvd player is worse than Windows-Mediaplayer. Hp sends me emails since december every month. Updates its self from Hp every 2nd week or so. Recommended product :)
