Advantages Excellent entertaining computer
Disadvantages Manufacturers defect. HP bad support service
There is a mistake in the manufacturing of the ENVIDIA graphic card. It's known by HP and other manufacturers. The graphic cards overheats and the fan does not produce enought colling for the card. HP replaced the faulty mother board for free because it was under the 2 years manufacturers obligation to repair under the EU Directive of Guarantees. They were a pain at the beggining but after insisting a lot of days and writing them a letter threatening to take them to court under teh EU Directive on Guarantees, they finally repair it. The new BIOS keeps the fan working permanently at low level and is suposed to cool the graphic card and prolong its life.
Other than this problem, this computer is a top computer that has anything you need in terms of enterteinment and playing with games. If it weren't for the bad service from HP I would give it five stars.
