is the largest ever built into a portable compact photo printer. The large display is excellent for viewing photos and makes it easier to navigate the printer's interface. The printer also comes with a stylus pen that allows users to personalize and edit photos with "virtual ink" by writing on the large touch-sensitive screen. In addition, consumers can personalize photos with an abundant library of over 200 creative elements including clipart graphics, frames and pre-designed album pages. It also features advanced photo editing capabilities. These include red eye removal, as well as black & white, antique, and sepia photo treatments that give photos a nostalgic feel. The additional "metallicize" and "solarize" photo enhancement options apply an abstract art look to photos. After editing and personalization, photos can be saved back onto memory cards or printed as 5x7-inch or 4x6-inch borderless prints.Photos can simply be read from memory cards inserted into the printer's card slots, or from PictBridge compatible cameras attached to the printer. Using the optional Bluetooth adapter, photos can also be read from Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones by the printer.
does the job Review ofHP PhotoSmart 130by

Advantages: Small and compact. Lightweight Disadvantages: None
...get. I normally buy the hp own brand - they do 2 types I believe, one is the standard paper, then the other one is the next standard up - Premium paper its called, slightly heavier and thicker than the other one. But of course more expensive! I went to buy some more supplies last week from Comet - went to get my usual helping of hp paper, was just about to pay when I noticed a BOGOF on the Kodak paper. Nice one! Does the job perfectly well, even ... ...- I bought plenty of packs to make use of the BOGOF!
I would recommend this printer, it's a reasonable price and does the job perfectly. I use a lot of hp equipment at work, including printers and we have little trouble with them, seem to be very reliable. ...

...right in the box. HP Photo and Imaging software is also included.
The display on top is easy to use, you can select a range of photos you want to print from the memory card so you don’t have to print everything that is on it. If in doubt it comes with a very informative user manual which I found very easy to understand.
The printer has room for a variety of different memory cards, these being CompactFlash, SmartMedia, Sony Memory Stick, Secure ... ...• HP thermal inkjet • 300 color ink nozzles, 21 kHz maximum firing frequency. • HP Photoret III precision technology. • Up to 4800 x 1200-optimised dpi color printing on premium photo papers

Advantages: Outstanding quality pictures Disadvantages: Only use one size paper
I had this printer for my Christmas present this year. I had a digital camera already and so wanted to be able to print off my own pictures without the expense of going to a shop to get them developed. I choose this printer mainly because of the name Hewlett Packard. This was a name that I knew well and I knew that they where one of the best manufactures of printers. I choose this model as it was small and compact so wouldn't take up too much space. ... ...I was expecting it to be a lot more than that, so I was pleasently surprised.
It comes with all the necessary leads and a good instruction book. I am often useless when it comes to technology and I thought I would have real difficulty getting it set up. But it is so easy! It's basically plug it in and it's done! You can plug your camera straight into the printer to print off pictures that you have recently taken which are still on your memory card ...
