Upon recieving this little number, i first admired the stylish design and the ability to just point and click to take instant photo's. The zoom feature (upto 2.5x) came in very handy for those long distance shots and a 2.1MegaPixel resolution made for very decent printouts, with the only drawback being when the lower resolution is used to enable more photo's to be taken. A carry case would have been a nice addition even if the price was to be increased slightly, although i haven't gone out and bought one myself and have not yet had the need for one! Prices vary from shop to shop but as an amateur to digital photography, i was happy to pay the £150 for mine. I would imagine that the more seasoned pro photographer would point you in a more 'refined' and probably 'dearer' product, but for all you amatuers out there i would most definetely recommend the hewlett packard 315 as a excellent choice.
