    Pretty good print quality but fairly slow. Comes with bluetooth USB dongle which is quite handy when printing from mobile phones. The OK button needs a firm push and this indicates poor design quality of the buttons.

    The printer worked well for 18 months and then the print cartridge carriage stuck. Went to HP on line centre, followed their instructions and carriage still stuck. HP email referred hardware malfunction to UK HP centre (in fact I discoverd it was in S Africa) and after a call costing 32 mins at 60p per min was told they could not direct me anywhere to mend it as it was out of warranty (which I knew as they did at outset) and HP have no hardware repair facility for out of warranty items (unlike eg Cannon) So summary is great whilst ... more

    Hi Everyone The HP PhotoSmart printer had a very good print quality as i personally use it.It easy to use,fast speed of printing.HAs good exterior looks.The black and White documents get printed fast with excellent quality.The coloured documents also prints with execellent quality and with a comparable good speed than the previous HP printers. The Disadvantage of this is only the cartridges capacity and its cost.The cartridge capacity is small and it should be used frequently so that the cartridges doesnot get dry. But if you want quality and speed i would definitely recommend this product to ... more
