I thought it was just me but I am glad to see from the other comments here that everyone else is just as confused as I was by this op!! The sentence that brought home to me that this was maybe not an original work was "The accumulator is faster wesendlich empty at a full use with LCD and lightning. This already happened to me after 1 hours finishes in the terrain was". I suspect that this op was copied from an existing work in another language and then translated using an online translator. The resulting 'English' doesn't appear to have been checked very carefully. Mmmm.
