Advantages: Good Print Quality,Fast speed, affordable Disadvantages: small capacity cartridges,Cost of cartridges
...Hi Everyone
The HPPhotoSmart printer had a very good print quality as i personally use it.It easy to use, fast speed of printing.HAs good exterior looks. The black and White documents get printed fast with excellent quality. The coloured documents also prints with execellent quality and with a comparable good speed than the previous HP printers.
The Disadvantage of this is only the cartridges capacity and its cost. The cartridge capacity is small and it should be used frequently so that the cartridges doesnot get dry.
But if you want quality and speed i would definitely recommend this product to you.
You will just need to keep changing the cartridges or refill them properly to get the quality printing.
I have been using the HP printers since quite a long time.I have used hp deskjet 670cprinter also and now comparing...

Advantages: Excellent Build Quality, Great Colour Definition Disadvantages: Large Footprint, costly Ink cartridges, only a 4x6 size option
...the correct cartridge into the right chamber. The printer now asks for a sheet of paper & prints out a calibrating head alignment chart.
The cartridges are HP 348, 344, 100 & 339. The cartridges are smaller than the previous series, wether they take less ink is pure conjecture but I bet they do !!
HP supply combined colour cartridges. This is primarily due to each cartridge having a built in print head, so you get a new print head each time you replace the cartridge (no more blocked nozzles). The disadvantage is higher cartridge cost.
So what does it print like ?
I set the Colour Management setting to ColorSmart RGB, for an A4 print on HP Premium Plus Glossy paper, of a colour portrait shot of my wife (Aww). This produced an A4 print with neutral colours & excellent saturation. There is no doubt that the grey cartridge (Photo...

...managed to understand what the eMail button on the control panel is capable of (auto attaching a photo from a card into your eMail program, or office document, of your choice)
Other features of note are -
the 6x4" photo paper input tray (so far unused by ourselves) We have printed on A4 photo paper -a small supply being included in the box we purchased.
and a small LCD screen that lets you manage your photos directly on the printer via one of the 4* integrated digital camera card readers, or the data port to which the camera can be connected directly.
* The following cards are supported -
Compact Flash/IBM Microdrive
SmartMedia /xD-Picture Card
MultiMediaCard / Secure Digital and
Sony Memory Stick
Unlucky not to have one of those?!! then connect via the Direct input port.
Performance is splendid with print quality being...

This printer is great if not outstanding value for money. I bought this because of it's 'all in one' features and was very impressed. The instruction manual was easy to follow and set-up was quick. Highly recommended for those who want great quality... more
Well I bought this printer about 12 months ago because I wanted a cheap, good quality HP printer with a card reader that could print good photos and documents, and that's what I got, a good sturdy printer. I'll just go through a few of the points about... more
I chose the HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One because I had the C5180 before but I wanted one with an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), which the 5180 lacks, so this is more of an upgrade for me. That aside, I prefer multifunctional printers because I do... more
The PhotoSmart C8180 is the most complete AIO I have had the pleasure to use. The CD/DVD burner is a stroke of genius; it makes an already compelling product groundbreaking. The moment I saw the drive in the printer I hoped it would work the way I... more
This is indeed the best printer i have ever had. It has 6 inks, 1 black 5 colour.
The reason why i find it so good is that i have printed off about 20 A4 photos on photopaper, and about 80 on t he 6"x4" photopaper, as well as about 400 Black and white... more
