This printer is really aimed at the home user and those people with a digital camera. the HP PhotoSmart P1000 allows you to photo print directly from a digital camera without using a PC, which is an exellent feature.

It also features fast downloading of camera memory to a PC and HP's PhotoREt III Precision technology to bring print quality up to the standards of traditional photographs. This is another brilliant feature and the quality is amazing.

Witha resolution of 2400 x 1200dpi, the printer pronts 11 pages per minute mono and 8.5 pages per minute in colour. It features a low ink indicator, which alerts you when the ink is running low. You can either buy a USB or parralell conector.

I would recommend this printer to anyone with a digital cameram because the quality is amazing.
