Simple instructions are included with the cartridge which you do not even have to read, as the instructions are done in a picture format. With regards to the type of user, I would suggest that this is for the low to moderate user, and not recommended for a volume user e.g. office or school, or else you would be replacing the cartridges on a regular basis.
