I found this printer extremely easy to use and had no difficulty installing it with my computer.

Good specification, but require duplex facility. The website is vague describing it as "optional". Is duplex an an addon at additional cost or available straight out of the box?

Printing and viewing printers is very simple and the small screen on top of the printer makes what you are printing clearer and helpful.
