iPod Touch 8GB

Advantages: intuitive, stylish, fun, great music player, variety of features, internet function
Disadvantages: fingerprints! no camera, no built in speakers, only available in black currently

Tunes, although the more videos you put onto your iPod Touch, the less space for music and pictures. It is great to put on a film to watch at a time when you are bored such as on a train or on your lunch break at work! Technical bits (explained!) As I mentioned above in the storage section, this particular iPod Touch is the 8GB one, it is currently only available in black but I am sure they will soon come out with more colours as they have done with previous iPods. The wireless works at 802.11 b/g (meaning that it works at a nice speedy pace!) The colour display screen is 3.5 inch (diagonal) and is 320 by 480 pixels (nice clear, good quality screen). Ipod Touch 8Gb with engraving

Advantages: All the features of the iphone but without the massive price tag
Disadvantages: battery life could be better

--Background-- I bought the iPod touch for my son for his 10th birthday. Before he alerted me to the item I knew nothing at all about it. Having played around with it for a few hours, I can now see what all the fuss is about as this item is so addictive. The touch comes in 3 guises, namely 8Gb, 16Gb and 32Gb versions. These are all identical apart from, obviously the storage capacity. --In the box-- I must admit that then the box came, I thought half the order had been missed as it is minute! Along with the ipod itself, you get the headphones, a usb to pc charger and a quick setup guide. Although this seem very little, it is actually enough to get you up and running in next to no time.
