Conclusion
**************
If you're looking for an external floppydrive then I would definitely recommend this one. Simple, easy, small and quick which all anyone could ask for. What else could you want from a product like this? I have found it very useful since I bought it however I have found there is not such a need for them lately since CD's and DVD's are used much more and floppydisks have faded out of the picture more and more.
Thanks for reading :)...

Advantages: Small and compact Disadvantages: Breakable and horrible colour
...Hiya sorry about the boredom about these floppydisks first the imation 3 1/2" floppu disks and now its those pesky 3M's.
Right i am sorry to say that my other batch of imation floppydisks have run out. So i phoned my supplier and i was informed by the lovely lady called charlie that they had run out. So she did suggest i try the new 3M pack of 10 floppies.
Right onto the product in hand:
These are the worst floppydisks i have ever purchased, the colour black is the worst ever but i must agree that floppies are the same as any other floppies.
These floppydisks are not pre-formatted so you would need to format them yourself which is really time consuming, especially if you have a really important report due in the next day for the bank as i did.
These floppies are not as good as the Imation series as all of these disks...

Advantages: Compact Disadvantages: Small 1.44MB storage space
...*UPDATE TO GET MORE VIEWERS 25/10/2005*
NOTE THIS IS ABOUT ALL FLOPPYDISKS - NOT JUST THESE ONES
Floppydisks are compact
Floppydisks were good in the 1980's
However floppydisks are not very useful unless you want to transport very small files
Most, if not all floppydisks have a 'massive' 1.44MB storage space (1.37MB formatted)
The speed of writing on the disk is ridiculous - taking up to a minute or more to transfer 1.37MB of files onto the disk, and the write enable tab can easily be removed or broken, as well as the metal protection cover can also easily be broken off.
Reading from the disk is also slow taking many seconds to read any file, even a 20KB word document, and the data on the disks are likely to get corrupted.
Floppydisks are very easily damaged and become unusable, even after formatting the disk...
