I have bought HP iPAQ 514 Voice Messenger 1 month ago and i am satisfied with them. This phone has all what i need and maybe more :-)
The operation system of this mobile is Windows Mobile® 6 Standard. It easy to worh with it and you will learn it in few minutes. You can chose Texas Instruments OMAP 850 200 MHz processor which is the best one but it's little bit expensive. I have the standard one and it's enought for everything what you need. The memory is 62 MB SDRAM and flash memory 128 MB ROM.
Audio includes microphone, receiver, speaker and stereo / through headphone jack /. iPAQ 510 has 1 USB port and port for 2.5 mm stereo headphone. The micro SD card is integrated in phone. Display is nice / 2.0" micro-reflective color TFT, 176 x 220, 65K colors / but camera is only 1.3Mega pixel.
Of course you can use Bluetooth, Integrated Wi-Fi, Integrated Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE wireless radio and much more.. This type includes large palete of software. Producer installed Pocket Outlook: Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks; Media Player 10; MSN Messenger; Pocket Internet Explorer; ActiveSync 4.5; Voice Recorder; Notes; Games: Calculator, Solitaire, Bubble Breaker; Spell Checker (for email); File Explorer; VoIP client; Bluetooth Manager; VPN Client; Clock; Volume control; Pocket Office apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft DRM; SIM Toolkit so we can say that it's a smaal computer rather that phone lol.
The parameters are 48.6 x 16.3 x 107 mm and weight is only 102 g what is unbelievable because of the many functions of this moblie..
This type of HP I recomend especialy to businessman but also everyday user would be satisfied with it..
