Hi have had this PDA for the past 2 years and have found it too be a remarcable device i used it as and MP3 player, small movie player , personal orginister that sync's with both microsoft and lotus. And there are many fun games for the device from puzzel to 3D arcade.

I also us this device with astronomy software for my star gazing nights with my telescopes.

I can keep my self orgnized and carry every type of data i could need.

I use this as a on the go PDF reader(via 3rd party software).

also to note the amount of Freeware and shareware programs availble on the internet will give any consumer the advantage of checking out of the appications before deciding which is best.

I can use this device connected via the usb cable or Irda port to access the internet form an internet linked computer or the device can also link via Irda to a mobile phone for the user to be able to sync the mail box or surf ane web whislt on the move.

I plan next to buy a SD sized GPS adapter about (£70) so that i can use this device in my car and a navigator and also for when walking either in the fells of the lake lands or street tracking in the depths of the urban citys.

Small, light and the perfect compainion.

The screen is fantasic the consumer is able to change both brigtness and contrast within options and these allows the screen to work under battery saving mode durring the daylight hours or nice and bright when is dark. the suface is of course flat and this can cause refecltions from other major light sauses.

The battery life for standby is about a week or so and with general use 2-3 days. the cabe supplied allows for the user to charge the device whislt it is synced with a pc via the usb connection.

the onboard memory is surfecient for small applications and genrale MS Office (pocket) documents, however if the consumer wish's to have larger files or bigger applications like navigation software the device accepts both MMC and SD forms of compact memory. The draw back is that this device utilizes a single I/O expansion slot, however expansion device's like GPS recivers and blethoooth\ Wifi network cards can be brought contaning extra memory(e.g. extra 512MB on a GPS reciver).

These devices can be found fairly inepensive now.

Some more detail on your experiences with it would be good. How long do you find the battery lasts? Is there enough storage capacity to load al the applicationns you want into main menory or do you have to store them al on SD cards? Is the screen bright enough during the daytime? These are the sortsof things that will get you higher ratings. Let me know if you update your review, I will happily re-rate. Sam.
