I think HP's RW6815 feels more like a basic smartphone with its silver plastic finish. My only worry with the colour is any marks and scratches will not stand out that much as they would if it was black in colour. Below are my views/experiences with this gadget.

Speed:
I this its pitty fast. In technical jargon, 416MHz processor that means Windows Mobile 5 speeds along, and whatever task we were performing we couldn't complain about the iPAQ's responsiveness. Another plus point I think with it is its flip-flop cover that protects the screen from scratches.
Battery/size
I think handset is quite thick (I think about 19mm it said on the packing). It reckon it has a decent size battery which makes it look big but believe me it does not really feel that heavy in your hand and pocket. Now to carry on with the battery I read the HP's claims that once fully charged it would have a talk time of 51/2 hours and standby of ten days, which I think, is quite impressive. Another constructive point I found with this is we can recharge this one via the standard USB port i.e. just like you mp3 players it charges it self while we are using it.

Other goodies, it have Bluetooth, GPRS, Wi-Fi and EDGE available (kind of stand nowadays)

2-megapixel quite notable. I won't say pictures will be like one from photo studio but does the job basically.

The annoying thing I find with this gadget is that unlike other phones, it does not have a keypad so you have to use the one on the screen. Took me a while to get use it but I found another solution to it but attaching a keyboard using Bluetooth and it works perfect. Bluetooth itself in general is quite imposing and picks up the connections quite easily.

I use it mainly for simple, email, phoning, texts, Pocket Word and reminder purposes but with the decent quality screen could be used for games and watching videos.

As mentioned above screen is pity good quality (240 x 320 pixels and a bright backlight), small size though but that's kind of standard with iPAQs in general.

The layout on the screen is quite user friendly and the basic things like (battery status, connectivity) are easy to spot. Another handy thing is the coloured LED's near the top that indicates whether the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi options are working or not.

Pricing wise it falls in the average range of in around £250 but I would recommend not to loose it if it is going a bargain prices.
Summary: useful and easy information access for the people on move
