i use hsbc internet banking every day. i have always found it easy to use, it is always online. you can manage your account safely at the touch of a few buttons. the best feature of this site is that if you leave your pc for a few moments the site automatically logs you off so all your details remain private and confidential. the site also logs every time you enter the site and shows you on entering when the last time you entered the site was so that you can monitor this for your own security. it is also very easy to transfer monies between acounts, this can be done instantly. in fact i have nothing that i can say that can reflect badly on this site as it has been put together very professionally even for novices like me!
