HSS.com deliver my carpet cleaner promptly and i had no problem with their servcie whatsoever. I was even given the option to drop off the item at my local store when i was done, which helped quite a bit.
The online booking system seems pretty simple, but i would recommend looking into exactly how much time you will need to complete a job, as i was rushing towards the end of the hire period to get finished. Just add another day to your hire period if you are unsure.
