Having previously owned an Iphone i was skeptical as to how easy it would be to make the switch over to a HTC phone. Fortunately after opening the packaging my worries disappeared, the phone is great to hold and looks beautiful despite it's glorious size. For those of us not used to smart phones the introductory option setting means that the phone is immediately up and running to satisfy all of your needs.
I read many reviews before buying that said battery life was terrible, and i was horrified because for the first week the phone burnt through the battery. However after 10 days and 10 full charge cycles the phone battery miraculously started lasting for a whole day with intensive use and its still improving.
In terms of the Android operating system, it took awhile to get used to and the app store was not as sleek as the Iphones but it was easily forgivable for the wide range of customisation available.
The camera is good and the screen looks beautiful but the speakers aren't great and can sound tinny at times.
Overall its a great phone which offers functionality beyond its other competitors. Battery life isn't great but improves over time. If you're willing to invest some time in learning all the tricks you'll receive a great phone service that can do incredible things.
