I bought myself a HTC P3300 2 days ago, and here are some conclusions I reached after a few days of using it:
The GPS Antenna is much better than other ones, for the moment I use iGo and must say that I am totally satisfied with it, works perfect with no bugs (comparing to the GPS Antenna of a Glofiish- I had many problems till I got it working right).
WiFi works great, I can capture signal from a distance of about 50 meters.
200 MHz isn't quite much, but till now I haven't reached the point where the CPU couldn't face the amount of applications running. Great proccessor!
As for the design of the HTC Artemis, I must tell you that I'm totally satisfied: fit's well into my hand, a pleasure swinging the stylus on it's display, the cursor also works excellent.
I also managed to change the ROM of the P3300, now I am using Windows Mobile 6 on it, so now you know that it is compatible to newer operting systems also.
Finding Software and Games for this PDA won't be a problem, it is compatible to most QVGA games and applications, some software I bought and installed on it are Vito AudioNotes, The Sims 2000 (great game!) and a simple RSS Reader.
P3300 is compatible to MicroSD cards, right now I am using a 2gb one, half of it's storage capacity is uccupied by the GPS software and maps, this is why a 1gb card won't manage to keep it up with your needs, while the whole storage will be used by the GPS system, you won't have any space left for music, videos, pictures and other application.
The 2 Megapixel camera is a quite good one, I took some pictures with it, didn't have time to upload them on my PC, still on the P3300's QVGA Display the pictures I took look totally great.

The only think that bothers me about HTC Artemis, is the fact that there's no headphone jack. A sollution for this problem already exists: you can order adapters over the internet, which convert the Mini-USB jack into a normal headphone jack.. but still, I have to wait 3-4 weeks till the adapter arrives.

As an overview I must say I don't regret buying this PDA, it's flexibility, capacities make it worth the price, still if you have some extra money I recomend you to get the P3350, no big diference between these two, but I find the P3300 a bit too old, it's almost 2 years old and soon it will get hard to find software, accessories for it.
