I have been using an HTC Touch myself for about more than five months now. It comes in two variants, one which has 64mb ram and other which has 128mb. The more the ram, faster the device is. Till date, the product hasn't given me any problems. The ease of use of this phone is just too fantastic and has an especially a fantastic plugin called the 3d Touch cube. This cube helps in navigating through the vip contacts stored on one page then on to multimedia, consisting of photos, music and videos {on one page}. Then comes the system management , consisting of E-mail, sms, IE, tasks, Communication manager and then calendar on one page. Total of three faces of the 3d cube, which help in controlling almost whole of the phone. The camera being 2mp is exceptionally sharp. The HTC home plugin provided makes the phone pretty easy to use
