I bought one of these a couple of years ago. The first one that arrived worked for a day then stopped completely. An engineer came out about 4 days later and told me he would have to order a new control board. Needless to say, I sent the machine back to the supplier and demanded another machine.
The new machine worked fine for about 3 months, then the brackets holding the top drawer broke. I was told that this was a common fault with them ... ...make the brackets. I got the new brackets......... they lasted about 8 months.... now broken again.
The machine is currently unusable, it fills with water then bleeps and does nothing else. I looked in the user manual for a diagnosis, the result was to call an engineer.
