I bought one of these a couple of years ago. The first one that arrived worked for a day then stopped completely. An engineer came out about 4 days later and told me he would have to order a new control board. Needless to say, I sent the machine back to the supplier and demanded another machine. The new machine worked fine for about 3 months, then the brackets holding the top drawer broke. I was told that this was a common fault with them and the manufacturer had changed the material they used to make the brackets. I got the new brackets......... they lasted about 8 months.... now broken again. The machine is currently unusable, it fills with water then bleeps and does nothing else. I looked in the user manual for a diagnosis, the result was to call an engineer.
Welcome to Ciao, and thanks for the warning, I wouldn't have bought a product from this company because i haven't heard of them, and definately won't after seeing this review! If you do add more info, please inform me via my guestbook- i'd be very happy to re-rate.

Sorry for the low rating, but I think that your Review needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. It helps if you write every Review as if you’re writing for someone who has virtually no knowledge of what you’re reviewing, in clear non technical language. You might find it helpful if you read and rate some other peoples’ reviews (especially those that have been rated VH or E). It might give you an idea of the sort of things you need to include.
