I bought this machine about 6 months ago as a fairly basic work horse machine. It is cold fill and supposed to be green & economical to run - huh! Firstly it takes 2.5 hours for a full cotton wash and I would question how 2.5 hours electricity saves much over heating the water a bit more. I don't have that time to wait for a wash to finish - so what economy? Quickwash is just a swill round - nothing more. The balance mechanism is so delicate that I frequently have to re-spin the wash as it is still dripping - more waste of power and time. On several occasions it has leaked water when taking in either through the soap drawer or today - the door! I like to hang washing outside when possible but half the day has gone before the wash has finished. I did have a fault soon after purchasing and I must say that was cheerfully and speedily fixed. This is the only good thing I have to say. The rest has been anger, irritation, aggravation and dismay. Never again.
