Tangle Teezer makes brushing easier. Advantages: It's affective, easy and comfortable to grip Disadvantages: It's not made with left handed comfort in mind, its not cheap. I was advised to purchase this after a visit to our local children's hairdressers. They use these there and they totally recommend them and it appeared to work well on my daughters hair when she was in the salon. They hadn't anymore in stock but i was advised that I could get one in Boot's the Chemist. My daughter was quite taken with this brush and she wanted me to go and instantly buy one (which was a promising result :-)). I was able to pick one ... ...do come in various colours and my daughter would have preferred a pink one (naturally) however they only had black in stock when I purchased mine. I would say it resembles a horse brush. Though a lot of thought has definitely been put into the design of this brush, I would say it was manufactured with right handed people in my mind as it seems more ideally shaped for being held in the right hand. The demostration on qvc was ace, i think its still on their website :-) I got my Zebra Yogi Curling Wand today and all i can say is go get yourself one they are AMAZING! so easy to use. Wouldn't change this hairbrush for the world Advantages: Brilliant detangler, hard-wearing, easy to clean. Disadvantages: Might be too much for fine or greasy hair Up until five years ago, I had spent much of my life brushing my hair with metal-spiked hairbrushes featuring little coated ends. These are absolutely fine to start with but over a year or so of use, the little coated ends gradually wear away and the metal starts to hurt your scalp - particularly if you're overenthusiastic at brushing.
