Not Worthington The Money!
Advantages: Frequently On Offers Disadvantages: Greasy Hair, Lanky Hair, Too Much Packaging.
...go. My reason for choosing Charles Worthington No Frizz Serum was purely because it was £3 in Tesco before Christmas and I felt with a name like Charles Worthington, a top hairdresser, my hair would be in good hands.
The serum is packaged in my pet hate way- a small plastic bottle encased in a cardboard box- the plastic bottle on its own would have sufficed. The bottle is only 30ml capacity and has a sweet little purple pump action top. The branding ... ...feel like a salon day. Charles Worthington goes to your head

TICKLY TAKES A SHINE TO THIS
Advantages: Does what it says on the tin! and then there's the fragrance... Disadvantages: Don't spray near roots - can be greasy
...shopping trip, I noticed the Charles Worthington range had a one of those lovely little "2 for £6" stickers hovering angelicaly above them. I moved in and took a look at what was on offer and settled for a hairspray and a shine spray. Charles Worthington, in case you haven't heard of him is one of those famous hairdressers who have gone on to develop their own range of fabulous styling products. Charles has been in the business for over 20 years ... ...I have been using Charles Worthington products a few years now (amongst other brands) and the thing that stands out with this range is the fragrance - it is so refreshingly fresh and uplifting.
I like my packaging simple and bright and this scores highly on both counts. My can is a pastel yellow colour and has the rest of the name in smallish black lettering. The range is "results" and this is in larger writing in sage. The lids on these cans are ...

Tame that frizz!
Advantages: Tames frizz and flyaway hairs Disadvantages: slightly expensive
I have always used Charles Worthington (CW from here-on) Hair Serum, but I used to use the CW Shine Silkening serum, which I had always been happy with. I was first given this one by my sister as part of my birthday present last year.
**What is it?**
This is 'double-dose' hair serum, an intensive product designed to smooth frizz and flyaway hairs. It comes in the form of a thick, clear liquid.
**How do you use it?**
You simply dispense the product ... ...and smooth through the hair. The first thing I noticed about this serum, is that it is a lot thicker than the Shine Silkening serum which I had been using previously. This could be due to it being 'double-dose', however it still works through the hair easily. You only need to use a small amount - one or two pumps - as if you use too much it will make your hair look greasy, because the product is so intensive.
**Does it work?**
Yes! It's really ...

...which is part of the Charles Worthington take-aways range. It comes in a pale pink plastic bottle and has a screw top lid, with one of those little flick down things, so you can dispense the balm onto your hand.
