Kinda Extra Extra Straight.....? Advantages: Smells soooo nice! Disadvantages: Bit hard to use... There is a whole range in this straightening product set, including shampoo, conditioner, serum and Mousse/spray. The last one is the only one I used, so cant comment about the rest Comes in a green can, just so you know which one I mean! I realised my fried hair needed a break from the daily straightening routine I put it through, so I decided to try this out as I'd recieved it as a gift. I washed and towel dried my hair as usual. Then I was unsure ... ...a cross between a spray and a mousse, I found the way that worked for me was to spray across my hand then smooth it over my long fringe (as that was the only area i was straightening) I then blow dried it while running a brush through it too keep it on track, et voila! Straight hair, that smells lovely! (can't work out what the scent is, but I like it!) How the Control Freak tames the Frizz Freak! Advantages: Controls frizz, makes hair shiny and easier to style. Disadvantages: None ...a few online reviews about Tigi Bed Head Control Freak serums and overall, it was highly recommended. I was also attracted to the fact that the Control Freak serum is actually better value for money compared with John Frieda's Frizz Ease. A 50ml bottle of Frizz Ease retails at £5.79 on the high street at the moment, whereas a 250ml bottle of Control Freak serums costs around £10.80. I really like the branding and packaging of this product - it's ... ...of Control Freak serum certainly makes a big statement in my bathroom! I also like the practical aspect of the packaging, because it has a screw-top nozzle, which makes it easier for me to squeeze out just the right amount of serum required without any mess. Tigi Bed Head After Party Advantages: Conditioning and smoothing, value for money Disadvantages: Can appear oily in your hair if you use too much ...does however co-ordinate nicely with Tigi Bed Head Ego boost. I often mix a little of each product through my dry ends and it seems to have a nice effect. It conditions your hair very well and helps with very dry hair. It comes in a very nice bright pink bottle and has a very nice subtle smell. Seriously Straight Hair Advantages: shiny hair, conditioning & protecting Disadvantages: price ...of the products from the TIGI range, although less do the S Factor products. However I had not been aware of this particular product's existence until a recent visit to my usual salon for a wash and blow dry. My hairdresser introduced me to this product when styling my hair. It has acts as both a heat guard when straightening, to protect from split ends, and also has conditioning qualities too. It is used both on damp hair before blow drying and ... ...styled hair - I find using in this way gives me a long lasting shine. I loved the feel of my hair so much that I was convinced to buy a bottle - at £11 for 200ml. I've since found it a bit cheaper online, at around £9. It sprays just like a hairspray and is really easy to apply. It also has a really nice, fresh -almost fruity - scent. Spritz and not so shine Advantages: Lovely smell and bottle Disadvantages: Not really much difference to hair I have mixed feelings about this spray. Firstly I adore the attractive fruity smell, which is enough to sell the product alone. Also the product is great as it is from an uber stylish brand and the bright colored packaging in a funky shape shows this off.
