...have given these clippers top marks, but the appalling customer service provided by both the retailer and manufacturer has let them down. To be fair I will list all the positive bits first though, and come back to the negative things later. these are really good, i bought these two years ago for my boyfriend, they tuck away nicely in the drawer, and they come in a nice wee zip up case u can store all the bits in. They have never let me down and i use them about once a week, i have never needed to sharpen yet, so they have paid for themself. must have saved about £200 over the two years, only problem is i have to do the cutting, but if u just want the same level right over then really ...
