Easy come, easy go!

Advantages: range of colours, easy to use, cheap
Disadvantages: can be messy and some colours are unpredictable

Pick a colour, any colour.....

Advantages: Vibrant and good choice of colours, no ammonia, good value for money.
Disadvantages: Can be messy, will only work well on blonde/bleach blonde hair.
