I think this is one of the best home hair colouring kits around.....it does exactly what it says on the box too !! Its easy to apply,( though i tend to empty product into a mixing bowl and apply with a tint brush, just to ensure complete coverage)...the smell is not too bad either, though the lighter colour you use, the more the ammonia seems to smell..and eyes can water. I have never had a problem with uneven coverage with this product either, ...

I bought this product over a month ago mainly because my roots needed sorting out. The instructions were easy to read and well set out and included a pair of protective gloves. It was easy to mix but very very runny and was like watered down shampoo to apply. There was enough to cover my hair and it covered quite well, probably because of the consistency, but I left it for 30 minutes after carefully following the manufacturers reccomendations. ...

A month later, the colour has faded more that I expected it to after ths length of time. DO NOT USE SUN-IN IF YOU HAVE DARK HAIR!! At 15, bored of my dull, dark brown hair colour and wanting to go back to the blonde colour I'd had in my early childhood , I decided to try some Sun-In. ...any type of bleach like jerome russell DO NOT use it on dark hair, this stuff is only for people with already blonde or ginger/reddy hair already. don't think you can do it and rebleach it cos ive bleached my hair a few times, when i had brown hair i bleached it and even then it didn't work out. just dont do it, and especially if your bleaching ALL your hair, just go to a hairdresser, cos if you use this stuff, you'll have to go anyways. it's ... This product is absolutely amazing. Seriously. I've been using it for years now and I get brilliant results every time. I've even started doing it on my friends.
