Babyliss get it right Advantages: Helps fight frizz, easy to use, drys quickly Disadvantages: won't rid your hair of frizziness I've owned my Babyliss hairdryer for a couple of years now, and the hairdryer I owned previously was also Babyliss, so I am really pleased with this brand of hairdryer asI have found them to not only work effectively, but last a long time. My hair is very thick and also long (to the middle of my back), so it takes a long time to dry it (usually when I visit a salon, two hairdressers dry it, it takes that long). I have found that this hairdryer drys ... ...thnk this is partly to do with the concentrator nozzle at the end (which is also great for styling!) as this concentrates the heat in one area at a time. There are also six heat settings, so you can choose one to suit your needs - there is also a cold setting, which is great for setting styles. Now, the difference with this hairdyer is the advertised 'Pro Ionic Conditioning'. Toni and Guy 2000w Tourmaline Hairdryer - Great Salon Quality! Advantages: quick to dry, light, long cord. Disadvantages: nozzle, when attached can be slightly lose Drys my hair very quickly on the fastest speed setting, but i keep it on the middle setting for heat, because the highest setting seems a bit too hot (for me anyway). The cord is very long which is brillant if your plug is far from your mirror and is very light too which is great. Whatever Ionic means - it's good! Advantages: Fast drying, shine and volume Disadvantages: No 'bits and pieces' just the dryer ...to the counter. The Remington D 4410 looked a bit pathetic in it's lonely box. Half the size of the many of the other dryers and without any accompaniments I was a little disappointed. For the weeks following Christmas I ignored my D4410 and continued to use my mum's slightly heftier blow drier, until I returned to University, about 2 weeks later. A Gift for your hair! Straightens and shines in minutes. Advantages: Blower nozzle as it straightens and dries in no time at all Disadvantages: nop. Bought as a gift by my ex boyfriend and it has lasted well. You can use either the straightening "diffuser" but I prefer the Blower nozzle as it straightens and dries in no time at all! Not the easiest to use but good finished result. Advantages: Quick. Natural finish. Disadvantages: Difficult to use. Does not achieve poker straight results. I have long, thick wavy hair which I usually straighten every day. Drying and straightening is very time consuming and I often end up just tying my hair back to avoid all of the hassle. This seemed like the perfect solution to dry and straighten my hair quickly. The results were satisfactory though not amazing, my hair was not as straight or sleek as if it had been straightened. I had to flick the ends under slightly as it would not make my hair ... ...natural look that you are going for then this would be great for you. I towel dries my hair first before a rough dry without the nozzle, this speeded up the process. It was definately quicker than drying and straigtening and is suitable for those who feel that they have too much hair.
