Why I bought this
I haven't got a great track record with hairdryers - expensive ones, cheap ones; they all have tended to give up the ghost on me. One of my main reasons for purchasing this hairdryer about 6 months ago was price - at £18.85 currently on Amazon (I bought mine for £18.86 at Asda) it didn't seem a huge risk. It has actually proved to be a very good purchase.

There is an ionic button as well which can turn the ion function (more of which later) on and off. I got this hairdryer as a christmas present and at first was dubious at what it could do for my long thick hair which is neither straight nor curly, it claimed that due to the silk protein capsules the heat was actually good for your hair! I was used to spending a long time drying and then straightening my hair to tame it so when I used this hairdryer for the first time I was stunned at the results. The capsules are easy to use and last up to 30 ... ...dry naturally for a bit and so do not use it for 30 minutes at once but have found that if the capsule is put back in its wrapper it is effective for a second use. The hairdryer comes with 2 nozzles, one for normal and one to hold a capsule, and a pack of 4 capsules. The Remington D 4410 looked a bit pathetic in it's lonely box. Half the size of the many of the other dryers and without any accompaniments I was a little disappointed.
