So What Exactly Is ‘Hair No More'? Although the title is fairly self-explanatory this is not your usual hair removal cream, it is a hair removal system which includes a hair removal cream and a spray inhibitor. You apply the hair removal cream first and then once hair is washed off you spray on the spray inhibitor to prevent hair growing back. It is available exclusively through a company called ‘Beauty News', Cremers Road, Euro House, Eurolink Ind. Est, Dolphin Park, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3US.
What Attracted ME To ‘Hair No More'? I battled with writing this report as I don't think hair removal is an issue most women want to discuss, but my conscience got the better of me as I did not want other people to undergo the suffering I have. I saw the advert in a Chat magazine and what appealed to me was the fact that after a couple of times using this product it would stop the hair from growing back. I hate the smell of Nair, Immac etc and so this was a bonus of this product, so I thought, only having to use a product like this a couple of times. The advert had before and after photos and testimonials which were very impressive and appearing in Chat magazine I assumed they were a reputable company, how wrong I was (I will go into this in further detail further on in this report.)
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: I tried a test patch just under my lip with no reaction, so the next day I tried the product on a larger area - my neck and side of face, and I only left the product on for about 60 seconds and I could feel my face burning; in fact it felt like my skin was literally on fire. Quickly washing the product off I looked in the mirror and I could see my entire skin where I had put the cream on was a deep purple. Although I was in a lot of pain at this point, I just assumed the redness and pain would go away and was not too worried.
After waiting for about four hours for the pain and appearance of my skin to subside my skin had not improved and in fact looked like it was getting worse as I could hardly move my neck with the pain and my temperature was rocketing and I was going really dizzy with the pain. By this point my mother took one horrified look at my skin and rushed me into casualty. As you can imagine, not only was I in pain but at the height of embarrassment with everyone knowing I used hair remover cream.
I could have coped with the pain if I could have just been told that I would get better, but after going to see the doctor I was told that he could not be sure that there would be no scarring and he said I should sue for plastic surgery. The doctor told me I had suffered an acid burn. A year later my skin has cleared up completely but you can imagine the distress of not knowing whether I might need plastic surgery. For the next few months after it happened I was unable to socialise with my friends because of the state of my skin. It also made sleeping very difficult because my skin was so painful.
What Happened Then...? Despite writing and phoning Beauty News several times I only actually got to speak to someone once and then I got fobbed off with the excuse ‘that their company was looking into what happened to my skin.' It is a year ago now that this happened and they have not even written with an apology so I would definitely not purchase ANY goods from them again as they still sell Hair No More and so in my opinion they do not care for their consumers. I feel I have wasted my time writing numerous letters and sending off photos of my skin at the hospitals request to Beauty News because not ONE letter have I received from them. I wonder if they've ever even heard of customer service because if I try phoning them they tell me someone will ring back which they never do.
WHAT I WILL DO NEXT? My next step is to contact Chat Magazine because I am sure they are unaware that they are allowing such an unscrupulous company to advertise in their magazine, hopefully this will prevent them from placing further adverts to attract unsuspecting victims. I will also contact Trading Standards.

I bought this product thinking great after a few months i will have no more leg, underarm and facial hair ( the usual for a women a little bit of a tash) how wrong i was i did exactely what it said and used the lotion to stop or slow down growth. It did neither so I have went back to using Nair hair remover 1/4 of the price and 1000 times better dont waste your money on this product i was fooled by bad advertising ...

I love to try new products so I brought this along with the hair removal cream a few days ago online and so far I am very please with the results.
I found it very easy to apply, it was not a messy product to use and it has a nice scent which has to be a bonus .
It contains natural ingredients which makes it very gentle on your skin which makes it ideal for sensitive areas.
Basically all you do is apply the spray to the area which you have already treated with the removal cream to help prevent hair re-growth it is quick and easy the more you use it the longer the hair will stay away.
I have used on both facial and body hair and I am very pleased.
This will be great for the summer holidays as the last thing you want to be doing is worrying about hairy legs.
