good Advantages: heat up in seconds and easy to use Disadvantages: have to remember to set temp everytime I just wanted a pair of straighteners that worked! and that straightened my curly hair so it stayed straight! and these worked perfrectly. they arer quick to use and my hair was starightened in about 20 mins. Braun Professional Ceramic Straighteners Advantages: Cheaper than GHD!!! Disadvantages: a little wider than other models ...few times I finf the braun model matches up to the GHD Brand any day of the week. The only minus being that the straighteners are a little wide but a big posisitve to this model is you can turn the temp down if its burning your hair. The mains cord is also quite long well worth paying for!!!! ...
