Vidal - a Vital Piece of Equipment for Hair Care.
Review of Vidal Sassoon VS 144 by

Advantages: Light and packs away in handy case anas all the attachments you might need
Disadvantages: Sometimes forget which accessory does what!
I bought this hairdryer (hot air styler) quite a while ago now when my old one (approx 20 years old) finally gave up the ghost. It has 1000 watt output and two hot and one cool heat settings and mine came with all the attachments pictured above. I am listing these in the order pictured from left to right so that you can easily identify them and the words in brackets are paraphrasing the manufacturer's description for each attachment):
Concentrator ... ...comb (adding volume by lifting the roots while styling);
¾" Thermal Brush Head (for waving and curling medium to long hair & getting body in short hair);
1 1/2" Bristle Brush Head (for volume & body in medium/long hair);
Finger Bowl Diffuser (for volume and lift)
Everything neatly packs away into a decent sized carry case.
When I first bought the dryer I had quite short hair, so only used the concentrator with a small hand held brush, and the ...

==Babyliss Crazy Braider==
Review of Babyliss Crazy Braider by
amy-lou
Advantages: Quick and easy
Disadvantages: If you are careful and follow the instructions then there are no disadvantages
...plain put views on the Babyliss Crazy Braider, which i received as a gift for my birthday (so my pricing is only an estimate compared to other similar products). Enjoy.
LIKES:
*It is extremely quick, one braid is done in less than a second
*It is easy, anyone ( and i mean anyone!) would be able to understand how to use the Babyliss Crazy braider, it is just so simple
*As a whole it is not too big to take with you anywhere and is perfectly sized ... ...painful
*If you attach the Babyliss Crazy Braider too near to the end of the strand of hair that you are about to braid, then it can slip out when you are in the middle of braiding it
*If your hair often slips out of the Babyliss Crazy Braider, then it can get quite frustrating for the user! Overall i love the babyliss crazy braider, and i would strongly reccomend it to anyone looking to purchase it. Hope you found this useful =] ...

A must-buy!
Review of BaByliss You Curl by
Suzykat
Advantages: Fast heating, space-saver.
Disadvantages: Can be tricky to master the curling.
I bought this product when my previous hair straighteners went kaput 6 months ago. At first I found it quite tricky to get the hang of the curling action but with practice, I got the hang of it. It works equally well as a straightner or a curler and you don't end up with those hideous tight ringlets that you can end up with from some curlers.
Not only has it saved me the cost of buying a separate curler and straightner, but it has saved space too. ... ...your hair and a light which tells you when it is ready. It heats up in next to no time at all!
Although this does seem to be quite a revolutionary product, it must be noted that you can achieve the same effect with a standard straightner. However, nevertheless, this is a must-buy product. ...

Babyliss You Curls - Best Curling Appliance so far
Review of BaByliss You Curl by
starbabe30586
Advantages: Fast Heat up, step by step instructions, easy to use
Disadvantages: need to get the hang of it first
I bought the Babyliss You Curl as a friend recommended them.. I have medium length hair thats quite thick, i seperated all my hair and curled sections as instructed in the booklet that came with the tongs. You have to curl your hair in a certain way for it to work otherwise it just straightens but once you get used to it, it becomes a lot quicker and easier to do. I sprayed each section with hairspray before and after i used the tongs to help the ... ...curling my hair the first section underneath had dropped out maybe i needed more hairspray so i re did the sections underneath. They are good value for money as i paid £39 and they create modern curls. They are fairly easy to use with 3 different heat settings and an on and off button once you get the hang of it. ...

Brown Smoothstyler
Review of Braun Smoothstyler by
Gig700
Advantages: Fast curls, compact, heat resistant cover
Disadvantages: Hard to see how much energy is left and still need hairspray
Braun Smoothstyler is a compact and easy to use cordless hair styler it retails from £9.99 to £20. It has a slim barrel create smaller curls and also comes with a styling brush attachement. It is a ceramic styler heated by the use of energy cells (retailed at aprox 3.99 for 4). It has a fill level indicator, however I found it hard to tell when it was full and whether it needed replacing. It has a heat resistant cover which is very useful as it means ... ...to wait too long. It is pretty easy to use considering that I had never curled my hair and I have very long hair. You will still need to use hair spray to make sure your curls don't fall out of place. This product is easy to use and creates lasting curls (with the help of hair spray) in a fast and effective way. The 9.99 price tag quoted is from electrocare-uk.com ...
