I have had hairextensions for a little over 18 months and have mostly used X10 shampoo which was recommended by my hairdresser and I too would thoroughly recommend. I used the Balmain product when my local supplier of X10 stopped selling my usual. Despite the fact that I am fastidious about looking after my hair and didn't change anything apart from my Shampoo and Conditioner I started to find that my extensions were coming out very easily and stray hairs falling out regularly. Although the condition of my hair was still good the extensions were just coming out all over the place. I used the Balmain shampoo and conditioner for 8 weeks until I got hold of some more X10 and my hair went back to normal. I have russian hair so to be fair it might be better with some cheaper extensions but I certainly found it didn't work for me - although ...

when i used this product as part of a package deal with all of the products this one was a bit like all of there range i felt it had a drying affect it makes the hair feel a bit stringy like the conditioner and the mask. Very weird. But yea nice packaging on this one and looks good as part of a set, has a fragrance im not sure of, but is subtle, and the bottle is quite small compared to the likes of the normal shampoo sizes such as the herbal essence smaller bottles. i found this lasted me about a month as does not foam up very well and appears to need a lot to get going, as with the normal size youd need would feel like your rubbing it into dry hair. ...

+A good thing about Tony and Guy is that after you have taken a seat you are given a list of drinks from which you can choose at no extra cost. You can also have as many refils as you please.
+The staff were extremely friendly and gave me a thorough consultation being as honest as they can. They were not trying to make me spend more money on useless products which is what I dislike about some other hairdressers I have been to.
+The nylon extentions I had put in were great colours and looked really bright against my then dark hair. They never faded and always looked bright.
