Halifax Home Insurance

After being flooded in the Morpeth floods of 5th Sep 2008. The Halifax at this date of 8th Dec 2008 are still being indecisive about how to deal with it.
They have ripped out the kitchen, taken up floor boards from the lounge, left the bathroom totally. They have not removed the plaster up to a height of 1 meter. Instead they have put in an inadequate de-humidifier in one room with a plastic container which requires emtying daily, this does not happen so it overflows and floods the kitchen floor - a vicious circle. They are now surprised that it is not drying out. Other properties around us which did all the right things are nearly ready to move back into. They are a disgrace. I had a baby on the night of the 5th Sept but even this made no difference to them. I have started to complain and am getting nowhere, dont know which way to turn
