I began dealing with Halifax Estate Agency Wolverhampton after applying for viewings of lots of properties on Rightmove. After applying for viewings with approx 15 different agents the Halifax were the only one that bothered to get back to me (but that is another review :-). ...have plenty of experience of Halifax Property Services, and none of it good. We used Halifax for two separate sales, and other agents for the other two sales. In the worst case, we were impressed by the Halifax presentation, so signed up with them. But then, we've heard that Halifax goes for volume - numbers of properties - rather than turnover. Very strange, since they don't get paid if they don't sell. Please,please,please do not use the Halifax to sell your home. The only way i can describe our selling expereience with them is an absolute nightmare.
