I am so pleased with what this account has to offer.. I have had this account now for about 2 years and every so often something gets added on. It started with so much discount off my halifax car insurance, so much money off my home contents insurance, then I received a booklet saying changes to current account, that i can receive mobile phone insurance, aa brakedown cover for my car, card protection- prevents fraud, cashback if you buy something and see it cheaper elsewhere, worldwide holiday insurane all year round. Then around 5 months ago.. if i credit the account with £1000 (my salary) i get £5 every month as a reward thats £60 a year for free!! and access to £300 overdraft- no charges. All this and a little bit more e.g discount of attractions and days out etc for just £12.50 a month... plus I get extra offers on my credit card- an extra 3 months 0% for banking with them. So happy, and will not change to any other bank.

I have access to online and telephone banking. Online I can see my balance, last 28 transactions which helps me keep up to date with all my accounts. I can transfer money from different accounts quickly and efficiently.

The staff in branch are so helpful, get seen to very quickly and im always updated with new offers that I am entitled too, and are notified of other products I can save my money in etc

another benefit, if you switch from another provider and have credits going in, and direct debits coming out, if you switch- alot of the small branches offer incentives £25 or £50 instantly!
