Disadvantages Ok, the disadvantages of this product are it is NOT a proper black pudding.
Ok, well first of all, I have been tasting and eating Black Pudding for over 60 years and I say here and now, that this black pudding by this company HALLS IS THE WORSE mushy mess I have ever tasted !!!
A good Black pudding, made CORRECTLY, should be able to be eaten hot or cold, there is no way you could eat this black pudding cold, it is sticky, mushy an absolute disgrace to the name of BLACK PUDDING, even when grilled it retains its mushy greasyness.
When you slice it at first it is RED !!! NO NO NO ! A proper black pudding when sliced is exactly as it is described...BLACK!
