Advantages: Good Value Disadvantages: Nothing so far
This is a good quality product that offers good value for money in the very short term. It incorporates most of the latest features and technology that is currently available on the market. Unfortunately it contributes significantly to global warming.
After using this product for a few months I have not so far come up against any reliability issues but only time will tell. I therefore would recommend the product. However, always think carefully as to whether you actually really need something before you buy it. We buy so many things nowadays that we don't really need.

besides simple storage; how fast the files can be stored. This has seen the creation of various grades of CF where the speed of access is indicated by a multiple of 150Kb, so an 8x card has an access speed of 8 x150Kb or 1.2Mb/sec. Regular speed cards are somewhere between 8x and 10x, High Speed is 20x (3Mb/sec) and ultra-High Speed are 40x (6Mb/sec).

If you have a different operating system to Microsoft or Apple, then there is no need to worry as it will function on virtually all OS (Operating systems) released shortly before and after the release of CompactFlash Cards.

So the higher the write or X-speed the better the performance of the memory card. The X-speed for the Kingston HI Speed Elite PRO CompactFlash4096MB card is 133x. One x-speed is equivalent to 150 kb's of data transfer ...
