Bought this over a year ago as part of a computer build, and it is still working as well as the day it was purchased, very good monitor, even now. Only fault I have found is the colour/contrast while watching video or film seems all wrong, and try as I might can't correct it (dark scenes are almost impossible to make out). Apart from this it is a very good monitor for general computing, display is very bright and crisp, and I have never experienced any dead pixels. Built in speakers aren't up to much but that is to be expected I suppose. Also has DVI connection which is very good in a monitor at this price, and styling isn't too bad either! Would definately reccomend this product.
Advantages: Size, picture quality, looks. Disadvantages: Slightly fiddly plug set up (being picky!)
I purchased this, to replace a 15" CRT monitor, and I am glad I did! I paid £119 at Amazon, free postaage and packaging available, but paid the £7 to get it delivered within two days during the Xmas period. Well done Amazon. The monitor itself is superb, very easy to set up, literally plug it in and switch it on. It comes with a normal monitor cable, but also has a socket for a DVI cable. The sockets themselves are at the back (unsurprisingly) recessed ... ...fiddly to plug everything in. Having said this, it's not an operation you will carry out often so no big deal. It comes with a CD rom, but from what I can tell, it merely has a manual on it. Does not appear to be any drivers to set up, as expected I guess. The footprint is small, and for me the very fact that it's an LCD means that the screen is now an extra 10" away from where I am sat, important because I have a limited space in which to keep my ...

This was bought as a replacement for an old 15" crt monitor, what a difference.
Having seen a 15" cft at work I decided this was the way to go and patently waited for the price of a decent monitor to drop as these things always do.
Any way this one was, available at Argos for £119 if memory serves.
No drivers to install just plug and play.
Came with a manual in pdf form on disc, all necessary cables were included the menu system is easy to use, ... ...The inbuilt speakers are perfectly adequate, and provide a clear and fairly crisp sound then again, if you want high fi sound I guess you would not count on standard speakers on a monitor anyway.
My only quibble would be a preference for a wide screen format, still at the price it's good value for money. ...

Advantages: Great picture, DVI and VGA, Plug and Play Disadvantages: Poor speakers
Ordered this as a replacement for a cheap 15" TFT that was driving me nuts it was so small. This is a great monitor, came well boxed with cables and adaptors for VGA and DVI. Out of the box I plugged it straight into my Nvidia Geforce 6600 GT and it works a dream, beautiful, crisp, clear picture, no dead pixels, nothing wrong at all. Looks great to watch tv on (better than my tv did!) and to play games on its still great! I simply can't recommend ... ...the silver theme in XP to match) and I love it, it has a very small footprint which is also a bonus, and I have no intention of changing it anytime in the future. However, one final mention - the monitor has speakers, but like any monitor speakers, theyre there for show more than anything, a good set of seperate pc speakers are a neccessity. Overall, fantastic. ...
