Advantages Advantages A spellbinding tale read to perfection by Stephen Fry

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None

I would think that few people, adults or children, have not heard of Harry Potter, the young wizard created by J K Rowling in her series of books. The books were written for children, but have taken the adult world by storm as well. Background Harry Potter is an orphan living with his aunt, uncle and cousin. Advantages Advantages Exciting story, Stephen Fry's reading is to die for

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not much... maybe the breaks in the tapes come at a couple of odd moments

However, his right-hand man, Sirius Black, has broken out of Azkaban prison, and is after Harry, so scary creatures called Dementors are ... more

Advantages Advantages Fry is a master storyteller!

Disadvantages Disadvantages The CD format is dying out, where is the MP3 version?

I'm a massive fan of Harry Potter. I've read all the books so much they've started to fall apart, watched all the films, and over the last few years have managed to collect all the audio book versions (I never intended to, initially I purchased the first one for my mum, but couldn't resist a sneaky listen, and got hooked!) Potter fans will know, of course, that Prisoner of Azkhaban is the third book in the series. Harry is about to start his third year at Hogwarts - that is, of course, if he get's there in one piece. A disastrous visit from an unlike-able relative has resulted in smashed ... more
