Hasbro Marvel Icons Wolverine Action Figure

are my eyes playing trick on me? since when wolverine holding a hammer?
the figure i want to share with you named "Thor" not "wolverine"
as usual I will try to share my experience about this figure based on several aspects

Character

You know who Thor is? Thor is the god of lightning, created thousands of years ago in the Norse mythology and Germany. Here's a character with some serious history.
If you ask why he has a resemblance to Zeus, who also has the power of lightning, it was because Thor is the son of Zeus, so Thor and Ares are brother, what a family.

Thor is the Avenger, along with Capt. america and his friends. Thor's probably not as famous as spiderman, but he was one of the most powerful Avenger. Im his fan myself

Packaging

Box is made of plastic on the front, so you can see the whole figure. Do not worry about getting defective figure, because you can see and choose your own figure, when you are buying this figure, check it thoroughly.
The package is not hard to open, but once you do, it's pretty much broken. The artwork was great, as was the history of the character, overall the packaging is ok.

Sculpt

I think the overall sculpt is very well done, although not exactly perfect.
facial detail is well done, I also like her hair, even with that Thor was looking a little feminine.
This is why i like figure 12 " than 6", all the little details is great, starting from the existing wings at the helmet, body, until the feet all done well.
The material used is plastic, but in some parts of other materials used, as in the clothing. Hasbro used real fabric so that this figure will seemingly more real, not something too special, but still it's a nice touch

Paint

Painting is very neat and clean, unfortunately there is no extra paint on the skin, so it will glow when exposed to light.
If there's one area that Hasbro will need to improve, it's the number of paint ops. Not the quality of them.
Paint on the eyes, eyebrows and hair all good. Long story short, the overall paint job is top notch.

Articulation

Thor has excellent joints all around, with a higher quality plastic being used and much sturdier pegs.Thor has the usual neck joint , so you can make him look up, down, or laterally, but the long hair pretty much completely restricts it.
There are more couples ariculation he has, single jointed elbows and double jointed knees. The wrists and ankles are pin joints, but there's also a cut joint at the top of the cuff, allowing the hands to turn. there are also couple on his legs.
This amount is sufficient to form many poses, in my opinion the articulation is good enough.

overall this figure worthy of collection, not only because I like Thor, but also because of good quality. You will also get Mjolnir, the hammer which source of the power of Thor. that's all I can share, I'll try harder next time
