Good Luck to whoever tries out the methods in this book, but remember there are no guarantees. I cannot stress enough that if you are dwsperate for a certain sex child and would be disappointed if you got the other , do not ever try out the methods....

Advantages: Good Beginner Book Disadvantages: Expensive
...Fortran is one the oldest programming language around, and one of the most popular in computationally intensive numerical algorithms. Unfortunately, it lacks many features regarded as essential in High-level programming language, although this has been addressed in subsequent revision, from Fortran77 to Fortran90/95 to Fortran 2003. The most popular and widely used version is still Fortran 90/95.
Fortran 90 programming by T.M.R. Ellis, Ivor R. Philips is concise, clear and easily accessible book ( some basic programming skills is still recommended) which covers most subjects on Fortran programming.
Another book to consider is Fortran 90 / 95 for Scientists and Engineers (which covers Fortran 95 in more detail)
With small number of Fortran books available, this also means that they are very difficult for find and expensive to buy...

Advantages: Amusing story and conversations, easy to understand Disadvantages: lacks depth
...The basic premise of the story is simple: imagine if the Greek Gods were still living, or existing, in a decrepit house in Islington. They are the same squabbling, bickering, incestuous family that myths were made of, but their powers are waning and they are entirely disregarded by the mortals that they consider so unimportant. Their powers and responsibilities remain true to history, but Phillips has given them appropriate, modern jobs; gorgeous Aphrodite is a phone sex worker while her attention-seeking nephew and lover Apollo plans to make his debut as a TV psychic.
