BEWARE of buying ANY Philips headphones.
Advantages: They sound fine Disadvantages: Irreplaceable rubber caps fall of WAY TOO easily
...Beware Beware before buying ANY Philips in-ear headphones. They come with little rubber ear caps... that just loosely "hang" on the end of each headphone to seal into your ear. These things get lost EXTREMELY easily, easpecially if you are running or doing any type of exercise activity. When you lose them in a matter of a few months, you are completely out of luck & WILL NOT find anywhere that seels them. As a matter of fact, I was told Philips purposely ...

Good Earphones Flawed by Noise Cancellation
Advantages: Good Sound Quality, Noise Cancelation Worked Well Disadvantages: Impractically bulky, Eats up batteries
...purchased a pair of these Philips SHN2500 earphones from a local Maplins store about 3 months ago for £29.99 - recommended by one of the clerks of the store for good quality and I had read some good reviews and seen some pictures of it online. I must say that they weren't exactly what I was expecting. This is the only aspect of the earphones which really bugged me - the noise canceling device of the earphones. I had looked at images online and carefully ... ...large and clunky this box thing actually was. It measure 8cm long, 3.5cm wide and 1.5cm deep and takes a single AAA battery to power it. This box really did annoy me, as its chunky size and weight due to the battery inside. It is positioned, very awkwardly as well.
