I was given these headphones as a gift a while back as I always complained about my ears being cold yet hating earmuffs because they hurt my ears after a while. My brother thought that these big fat cozy headphones would do the job and indeed they DO! I once thought they would be my winter headphones and revert back to those little "in the ear" jobs in summer...oh, but they are so comfy I wear them all year round. However, if you live next to a jackhammer, the noise reduction function works well, watch out not to get runover by cars like I nearly do though... Cord length is adequate enough. JVC - Pure Sound To Me

Advantages: Good Quality and reproduction.
Disadvantages: None

...I have the large corded JVC HA-G101 headphones, I call them standard size, with the large padded "muffs". These fit comfortably over the ears and do not slip about. The padding is a very soft sort of spongey leathery plastic, very comfortable on the ears. The lead is quite long - over 10feet - and it has the smaller 3.5mm jack plug. Advantages: Stylish, durable, easy to use
Disadvantages: Sound quality not as good as more expensive products, length of chord could be longer

Decent enough but could be better!
